Please read and agree to the contract below releasing RACCOON RIVER EXCURSIONS Inc. from any and all liability inside and outside of our bus and personally assuming this responsibility for you and your party group. RACCOON RIVER EXCURSIONS Inc. is not responsible for any injuries or death that may occur to you or your group while riding on a Raccoon River Excursions Inc. bus. You and your group ride at your own risk and by signing this waiver you acknowledge that in no way, shape, or form can RACCOON RIVER EXCURSIONS Inc. or anyone employed by or associated with Raccoon River Excursions be held liable for any personal injuries, property damage, death, assault, or grievances, including but not limited to those cause by negligence. RACCOON RIVER EXCURSIONS Inc is also not responsible for any lost stolen, damaged or broken personal property. You are responsible for anything that you bring on the bus. RACCOON RIVER EXCURSIONS Inc is also not liable for any injuries that may occur from assault by other passengers (fighting is not allowed) nor are we responsible for breaking up fights this should be handled by you or someone in your group. Raccoon River Excursions Inc is not responsible for checking you or your groups ID's, this is your responsibility and you assume any and all liability and or legal punishment for underage drinkers. Our policy is that no minors are to be present on our buses if there is alcohol present. If you are caught breaking this rule your rental is subject to end early, no refund will be given, and you may possibly be banned from renting a bus from us again. Our drivers reserve the right to refuse service to anyone or end a rental early if they deem fit without warrant. Please respect your bus driver, do not throw garbage out the windows, place trash in the containers provided, no fighting or assault of any kind, stand up while the bus is moving at your own risk, be respectful of the other passengers, no hanging or swinging from the railings (they are not made to hold weight), no obscene gestures out the windows, stay behind the do not cross line and respect the drivers space, no walking or standing on the seats, no smoking allowed on the bus (this is the law), and no breaking any of Raccoon River Excursions Inc property. It is your responsibility to relay these rules to your group and you understand that any members of your group breaking these rules may result in your party ending early without a refund, and or charges being billed to your credit or debit card. By signing this contract you are agreeing to all financial responsibility for any damages or incidents caused by you or anyone in your group. Here is a small list of prices- Burn hole or rip in seats $100 per hole, broken side window $150, broken windshield $200, broken back window $150, Rip a railing off of the ceiling $50, damage smaller speakers in the ceiling $75 each, damage subs and or sub box $200, break one of our plastic tubs $20, break our stereo $300, break a cup holder $5 each, break our lights $25 each, break laser light $60. Fines are as follows- Urinating on the bus $200, bowel movement on the bus $500, puking on the bus $50 (fee will be waived as long as it's cleaned up), smoking on the bus $100. $100 nonrefundable deposit is due to reserve the bus (your date is not saved until this is paid). If you cancel for any reason you lose your deposit. If you cancel 3 weeks or less away from your booked date you will be charged full price for the rental unless we can fill the date. By signing this contract you are agreeing to the above mentioned terms and conditions and you take full legal responsibility for yourself and your group of passengers. Under no circumstances can Raccoon River Excursions Inc or any of it's employees or affiliates be held liable for any injuries, deaths, thefts, lawsuits or other legal actions, property damage, or any other form of liability. You are assuming 100% liability for your entire group.
