River Excursions Rules

• Only minors who are 14 years old and above and weigh a minimum of 90 lbs are permitted. All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Pets are NOT allowed
• Glass bottles are not allowed
• You are responsible for your personal items. We do not take any liability for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
• Styrofoam coolers are not allowed.
• No external rope, string, or twine can be used to tie tubes together. You can only use what we provide.
• Do not tie big groups of tubes together. Doing this will make maneuvering around obstacles in the water extremely difficult.
• Do not litter. Make sure to pick up after yourself.
• All trash should be stored in our trash tubs or your coolers.
• Be aware of your limits.
• No diving.
• You must know how to swim.
• Avoid tubing near any fallen trees of debris in the river.
• Wear tight fitting shoes that won't drop off your feet.
• Strap on any eyeglasses to avoid losing them.
• Be respectful.
• Get off the river in the event of lightning.
• Obey all Iowa laws.
• Do not trespass on private property.
• Treat our equipment with respect. Any loss or damage to our property will be charged to you.
• Please note that if you break any of these rules and are asked to leave, no refunds will be issued.
  

• Respect your driver.
• Do not throw anything out the window of the bus.
• All trash should go into the trash containers provided.
• Any damages to our property will be charged to you.
• No fighting or assault of any sort is entertained. Your party will need to leave if it occurs.
• No sexual assault or harassment.
• Remain seated while the bus is moving (Stand at your own risk).
• Be respectful to other passengers.
• Do not hang or swing from the railings.
• Pick up after yourself before leaving the bus.
• Do not make any obscene gestures out of the windows.
• Do not cross into the driver's space. Stay behind.
• All pickups are at the pick up location. No extra pickup locations are allowed. Random passengers are NOT allowed on the bus.
• Make everyone in your party is accounted for before the bus departs. The driver is not responsible for this.
• All members on a party bus must be 21 and above to have alcohol. Minors are only allowed on the party bus when there's no alcohol present.
• The individual renting the bus assumes any and all liability for the individuals in their party. Raccoon River Excursions is not responsible for any personal injuries, lost stolen or damaged properties.

No refunds will be issued if you're asked to leave for breaking any of these rules.
